Stacy Pursell is the Founder and CEO of The VET Recruiter and a nationally recognized executive search and recruiting leader specializing in the Animal Health industry and Veterinary profession. With nearly 30 years of experience, Stacy has dedicated her career to connecting leading organizations with exceptional talent and helping professionals achieve meaningful career growth.
Since founding The VET Recruiter in 1997, Stacy has built the firm into a trusted executive search and recruiting partner for organizations throughout Animal Health and Veterinary Medicine. Her extensive industry knowledge, recruiting expertise, and long-standing relationships give her a unique perspective on the people, leadership, and workforce trends shaping the profession.

Darrell Pursell, CPC, CPA
Chief Operating Officer
Darrell Pursell serves as Chief Operating Officer of The VET Recruiter, bringing extensive experience in executive recruiting, business leadership, finance, accounting, and operations.
As COO, Darrell plays a key role in guiding the firm’s operations, financial management, and strategic direction while helping ensure the organization continues to deliver an exceptional level of service to both employers and professionals.
His combination of business, financial, and recruiting expertise provides a valuable perspective on the operational and talent challenges facing today’s organizations.
