We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join a team of doctors in Washington, DC.

This is a new kind of veterinary clinic that combines the warmth and familiarity of a local veterinarian with modern technology and design as an extension of the patient/doctor relationship, not a replacement. The practice offers a membership model with concierge primary care through an in-clinic, virtual, or hybrid experience. Members will have access to quality veterinarians wherever and whenever care is needed. Telehealth will be used to triage patients to ensure that we are maximizing the impact of our veterinarians and minimizing any unnecessary visits.

Compensation/Benefits: salary + production, PTO, 401k with 3% match.

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent with state and DEA licensure in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia
• 8+ years of experience leading veterinary services at a four-wall veterinary clinic
• Proficiency in routine surgery for all general practice needs
• Practiced in both a corporate and non-corporate veterinary setting
• Managed a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians
