You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to shape operational goals and annual plans, while promoting continuous learning and professional development for all team members. Additionally, you’ll maintain our strong standing as a trusted care provider, driving growth and further solidifying our presence in the community. This role combines 30% leadership responsibilities with 70% clinical practice.

About the Hospital

At our animal hospital, you will be a part of a full-service practice that focuses on gold standard medicine and continuous improvement. We provide everything from routine medical, dental, and surgical care to treatments for more complex conditions. In addition, we partner with specialists to be able to provide in-house care for our patients and support the high-quality medicine we provide. Our modern hospital features state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography (dental included), in-house lab capabilities, and Class IV laser therapy.
