A thriving, full-service animal hospital just 35 miles southwest of Orlando is seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinarian Medical Director to guide its growing team in the Lakeland/Winter Haven metro area. Known for practicing high-quality medicine, delivering compassionate care, and focusing on long-term health and wellness, this hospital is ready to welcome a leader who can make a lasting impact.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the future of the practice. From developing SOPs that improve daily flow to mentoring and supporting the four talented associate veterinarians on staff, your leadership will help create a culture of excellence and growth. You’ll also partner closely with the Medical Director of specialty services and emergency care, ensuring a collaborative approach that benefits both the team and the community. With flexible scheduling of four to five days per week and extended weekday and Saturday hours, this is an opportunity to lead with balance and purpose.

About the Hospital
