We are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to lead our thriving practice as Medical Director!

Our animal hospital is offering a guaranteed base and bonus combination of $200k in your first year with us as an experienced Medical Director to lead our practice in Newington, CT! Our Medical Directors spend 90+% of their time practicing medicine!

The Medical Director is responsible for creating a positive teamwork environment in which veterinarians and staff deliver quality medicine and exceptional client service. While partnering with the team members, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership for the practice, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine.

• Six-figure starting salary plus production with no negative accrual (Salary: $135,000 – $170,000. Salary may be negotiable)
