Our client is a family-oriented practice with a heavy emphasis on quality care and client communication. Patients and clients are treated with respect and dignity. Work is taken seriously but the practice tries to keep a light-hearted atmosphere to make the workplace enjoyable.

Days are spent seeing outpatients, working up diagnostic cases, addressing hospitalized patient care and performing surgeries as skills allow. The practice is focused on dogs and cats and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 to Noon. Associate Veterinarians typically work 4.5 days a week, rotating Saturdays as the schedule demands.

High quality medical and surgical care is offered and the practice is affiliated with a local 24 hour emergency practice who takes all after-hours emergency cases. The doctors have access to ultrasound,, CT and MRI through a local , un-affiliated practice. This allows the team to practice a high-quality level of care for patients. The practice is equipped with a full lab, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ISO/sevo anesthesia, pulse oximetry/ECG/BP anesthesia monitoring, etc.

Qualifications:

A DVM/MVD degree with U.S. and IL license credentials. Experience is preferred but the practice is open to a new graduate.

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission based upon production. The practice offers a nice benefits package.
