We’re seeking a DeNovo Partner Veterinarian / Lead Owner Veterinarian who’s ready to practice medicine their way while building long-term ownership and financial growth. This is a true partner-level opportunity designed for veterinarians who want full clinical autonomy alongside meaningful business leadership.

As the DeNovo Partner Veterinarian / Lead Owner Veterinarian, you’ll retain complete control over medical decisions with no quotas, no restrictive formularies, and the freedom to shape your practice around your interests — whether that’s surgery, integrative care, exotics, or general practice.

You’ll lead your clinic as an active owner and decision-maker while being supported by a robust operational team handling finance, HR, recruiting, IT, marketing, and vendor partnerships.

Each clinic is launched in a carefully researched, high-growth market and designed for modern workflow, medical efficiency, and exceptional client experience. The ownership model offers transparent earnings participation, with the opportunity to earn a significant percentage of clinic production and build equity — up to 40% ownership — with profit distributions and long-term value creation.
