We’re seeking an experienced veterinarian leader to develop a new practice through ownership. You will bring your vision to life, and in return, we’re offering immediate equity opportunities for the right partner DVM!

Your role will also be to serve as a Partner and lead a team of animal lovers in Spokane, Washington!

Pet accidents, illnesses, and injuries are unfortunate and often happen at the worst time, when primary care veterinarians are closed or too busy to see the pet. For these reasons, we are excited to announce that our new Animal Urgent Care Hospital will be coming soon!

We’re looking to hire the most compassionate, experienced, and qualified Veterinarians and support staff to ensure the highest quality of medicine is provided.

The ideal candidate will need to embody role model characteristics, be open to mentoring, be able to motivate staff, and help to build and maintain morale, as it aligns with our core values and standards. Additionally, the incoming partner needs to promote a collaborative working environment, demonstrate leadership capabilities, understand the value of teamwork, and enthusiastically and willingly perform as necessary to help the hospital function as a unit.
