Urgent Care Partner Veterinarian – Little Rock, AR – #7518

We’re seeking an experienced veterinarian leader to develop a new practice through ownership. You will bring your vision to life, and in return, we’re offering immediate equity opportunities for the right partner DVM!

Your role will also be to serve as Medical Director and lead a team of animal lovers in Little Rock!

Pet accidents, illnesses, and injuries are all unfortunate and always seem to happen at the worst of times when primary care veterinarians are either closed or too busy to see the pet. For these reasons, we are excited to announce that our new Animal Urgent Care Hospital will be coming soon!

We’ll be available for urgent care pet needs Monday through Friday 2 pm – 10 pm and weekends. We’re looking to hire the most compassionate, experienced, and qualified Veterinarians and support staff, to ensure the highest quality of medicine is provided.

The Medical Director will need to embody role model characteristics, be open to mentoring, be able to motivate staff, and help to build and maintain morale, as it aligns with our core values and standards. Additionally, the incoming Medical Director needs to promote a collaborative working environment, demonstrate leadership capabilities, understand the value of teamwork, and enthusiastically and willingly perform as necessary to help the hospital function as a unit.
