Technical Services Veterinarian-Dallas, TX area-The Technical Services Veterinarian supports sales, marketing and business development by providing technical and veterinary information, education and advice to the Commercial team, customers and partners for the goal of increasing product sales. The veterinarian will bring credibility to the organization and will have the ability to translate science through ‘storytelling’ by further generating data that supports evidence-based medicine and through integrity and behavior.

The veterinarian will ensure that stakeholders are aware of the benefits of the products to customers. The veterinarian will develop clinical evidence of product performance by liaising with academia, KOLs or others to conduct clinical marketing trials, generate data to present at congresses or by publishing scientific papers or articles. The veterinarian will work closely with R&D to understand the science they will bring and to ensure they understand the customer needs as they develop formulas, dosing regimens, packaging and data generation. The veterinarian will optimize customer perception by troubleshooting and resolving complains in an equitable manner.

Qualifications include a DVM or VMD degree with two years or more of veterinary practice experience, three years of Animal Health Industry experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and writing, knowledge and experience in pet health and dairy cow and calf health. Experience and interest in integrated and holistic medicine approaches as incumbent will be representing supplements and drugs. Ability to think and work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills is required. The position requires up to 40% overnight travel.
