We are seeking a Team Leader/Sales Manager to join an highly reputable Animal Health company with a fun, fast-paced, and evolving culture. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, and a good communicator.
The key responsibilities of the Sales Manager will be to manage all aspects of the sales process for the company. This role will be in charge of setting the sales plan and strategy for multiple animal products in the market and managing a team of inside sales professionals, key account manager, and a 3rd party sales support team. The customer focus of the sales team will direct veterinary engagements, training, and awareness to the distributor sales organizations, and develop sales strategies for buying groups and corporate accounts. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for setting the sales coverage activities for the team and develop monthly and quarterly sales targets based on the forecasted growth for the company. They will be a key collaborator with the marketing team to ensure the sales message and marketing initiatives have a consistent theme and message.
