Spay/Neuter Veterinarian – Santa Rosa, CA – #9520
Join a compassionate, community-focused team in Santa Rosa as a Spay/Neuter Veterinarian and make a direct impact on access to care.
This is a high-quality, high-volume surgical role where you’ll perform 30–35 procedures per day, including complex cases such as pregnant, pediatric, in-heat, and cryptorchid patients.
You’ll work with efficient anesthetic protocols and a highly trained support team, including dedicated anesthesia technicians, streamlined prep and recovery systems, and Fear-Free handling practices — so you can stay focused on surgery while the system supports you.
You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization led by a clear, direct, and high-expectations leader who values autonomy, accountability, and strong communication. The culture is collaborative, transparent, and built around continuous feedback, leadership development, and whole-person wellbeing, with flexible scheduling, predictable surgery blocks, generous time off, and minimal on-call or evening demands.
This role is ideal for veterinarians who thrive on precision and efficiency, enjoy surgical repetition, and want to step away from appointment overload or corporate pressures. It’s also a great fit for those passionate about giving back — making care accessible regardless of a client’s financial situation.
