Site Manager – MidAtlantic – Egg and Pullet Production

Company is looking for a Site Manager for its Poultry Layer operation. The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility including processes for egg and pullet production and distribution at a cost effective level, while maintaining a high level of quality and security. This includes site/infrastructure management, employee management, animal husbandry, animal welfare, bio-security and quality. The Site Manager will also provide technical knowledge and leadership to all employees. The Site Manager will ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and have a high level of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Biologic science (prefer emphasis on Poultry or Animal Science), 3+ years experience in bio-security, quality or poultry production fields. Site Manager will also need MS Office proficiency, management skills, operation farm skills, budget analysis skills, poultry technical knowledge, and ability to perform under stress and meet deadlines.
