Senior Manager – Swine Veterinarian  – Manitoba, Canada

This position will work directly with hog and feed operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing technical direction for swine health programs, developing animal health strategies, providing guidance with diagnosis and diagnostics, providing technical counsel and assistance on initiatives including antimicrobials, vaccinations, and disease protocols, and overseeing veterinary requirements. As a leadership role, you will be responsible for building a collaborative work environment between staff, supporting marketing initiatives, and establishing relationships with educational and health organizations.  

Qualifications: DVM valid in Manitoba, experience with larger veterinary practice, team and collaboration skills, self-driven attitude with strong multi-tasking abilities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and deep understanding of swine diagnostics.
