Regional Veterinary Practice Manager – Memphis / Little Rock

Regional Veterinary Practice Manager Memphis / Little Rock.  The Regional Veterinary Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing each individual practice manager across several hospitals in Greater Memphis region and central Arkansas. The Regional Manager will work directly with the Practice Manager and Medical Director at each hospital. The Regional Manager will focus on operations of existing hospitals, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing and human resources. The Regional Manager will also help integrate newly acquired hospitals in their region.

Qualifications include 3 years experience  managing multiple locations in the veterinary, dental, or medical industries.  A Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is a definite plus.

We need a self-starter with leadership and team-building skills, time management, decision making, communication proficiency, organization skills.

This is a full time position with travel.
