Regional Veterinary Practice Manager

Regional Veterinary Practice Manager Nebraska.  The Regional Veterinary Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing each individual practice manager across hospitals in Nebraska. The Regional Manager will work directly with the practice manager and veterinarian lead at each hospital. The Regional Manager will focus on operations of existing hospitals, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing and human resources. The Regional Manager will help integrate newly acquired hospitals in their region. The Practice Managers that the regional manager will oversee are responsible for all veterinary hospital activities, including client service interaction, mail, inventory purchasing, facilities and employee scheduling. They are also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. They are responsible for human resources and office/staff meetings.

Qualifications include experience as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and/or has overseen multiple veterinary hospitals in the past.
