Regional Veterinary Manager – NC / SC  – #9235

The Regional Manager Veterinary will oversee veterinary practices and lead veterinary hospitals. The position involves being over the practice manager at each practice in the region. The incumbent will build strong relationships with veterinarians and practice managers to enhance hospital performance at each location. The incumbent will review financial reports with the leadership team and develop strategies for each practice. The incumbent will review inventory budgets and will drive improvement plans. The incumbent will be responsible for post-acquisition and integration process for newly acquired practices. The position entails 4 days per week travel and 1 office day.

Qualifications include strong leadership, team building and communication skills, strong analytical skills and organizational skills, experience reviewing budgets and financial statements, 3-5+ years of experience managing multiple sites in the veterinary profession, strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. The incumbent must live in North Carolina or South Carolina and be willing to travel 4 days a week. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
