Welcome to Mississippi! Our animal hospital(s) are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our team as a Regional Support Veterinarian! This is a full-time salaried position, and you will provide consistent coverage for our hospitals in the Biloxi area. Your role is key in supporting multiple hospitals across the region, and we want to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Be able to adapt to a multitude of different environments and work with a wide variety of teams.
• Have a strong level of empathy and modify your approach and treatment plan according to the unique needs of each hospital’s team and their clients.
• A desire to help others.
• A strong sense of resiliency/adaptability.
• Prior leadership and/or mentorship experience is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
• Hold or obtain a veterinary license in the states in which our practices are located.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibility when appropriate.
• The ability to work with people of various personality types.
• Strong time management skills.
• The ability to represent our hospitals in the community positively.
