Regional Veterinary Practice Manager St Louis

The Regional Manager will oversee veterinary practices across Missouri and Illinois. The successful candidate will spend 50% of their time in St. Louis and 50% of their time working in Illinois, at a location about two hours away from St. Louis, MO.

The Regional Manager will oversee practice managers at veterinary clinics. Practice Managers at clinics are responsible for overall clinic activities, including the reception area, mail, inventory purchasing requests, facilities and employee scheduling. The Regional Manager is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. The Regional Manager is responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings.

Qualifications: We are seeking an individual who is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager who has overseen multiple veterinary clinics in the past. The setting is a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

This is a full time position and the hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 PM plus travel between Missouri and Illinois.
