Regional Business Manager Canada. The Regional Business Manager will lead and manage a team of individuals and provide direction as far as strategy, goals and meeting sales performance expectations. The incumbent will coach and strengthen the sales team’s capabilities. The Regional Business Manager will lead a team and evaluate team members against performance standards. The incumbent will onboard new colleagues and identify development activities and follow up on progress throughout the year. The incumbent will build and maintain relationships with customers and communicate with distribution channels and resolve conflicts as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, experience in sales and marketing, commercial and technical knowledge of Animal Health, financial analysis skills, ability to influence and interact with senior leadership, strong leadership skills and strong computer skills. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spoken and Written English.
