Product Marketing Specialist – Kansas City, MO – Animal Health

We have a new opportunity for a Product Marketing Specialist in a major manufacturing and distribution company’s animal health division. This position oversees all communication between distributors in the animal division. A science background is necessary to help with product development and to accurately convey information between product specialists and customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing specific technical product information to distributors
• Handling daily call volume from customers and willing to travel for training and events
• Collaborating on new product development, competitive analysis, and marketing plans
• Working with supply chain to forecast sales and production dates

Requirements:

• Degree or background in Veterinary Science
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to queries
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Knowledge of animal supplement marketing and labeling requirements
