Product Development Director

Product Development Director-The Product Development Director will lead the Product Development Team in handling clinical and non clinical studies and will ensure that studies are handled in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines. The incumbent will provide technical support for the launch phase of new products and indications. The Director will facilitate the preparation of scientific publications of study results and will manage budgets. The incumbent will ensure the team provides technical support to regulatory and marketing.

Qualifications include a DVM with 10 years of experience in clinical research with a proven track record of experience building and developing high performance teams. Other qualifications include strong scientific writing skills and excellent leadership and communication skills. There is a 25% travel requirement. The successful candidate will be able to manage people on a global basis.
