Operations Manager Veterinary – Dallas – SW Dallas metro / Arlington

The Operations Manager provides support and oversight to an assigned group of veterinary hospital locations. The main accountabilities and responsibilities include: Quality Care Outcomes, People Leadership, Financial and Operational Performance, Relationship Building/Management, Strategic Execution, Compliance to Industry Standards/ Regulations

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years of leadership experience in a large clinical or multi-site environment, prior veterinary experience required, CVPM preferred, ability to travel overnight to assigned locations in a region.
