National Sales Manager
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the sales team, train and develop the team as well as to be involved with key account development to ensure value proposition and technical support is delivered to all customers in order to maximize customer retention and profitability.
Qualifications include a four year degree or equivalent, successful track record in a results driven field focused leadership role within the Commercial, Sales or Marketing function in the poultry, feed additive or related industries, an in depth practical knowledge of the US animal feed/swine/poultry industry and knowledge of key influencers. The successful candidate will have successful experience launching new products and will have highly developed people leadership skills, selling skills and Key Account Management skills. The successful candidate must be highly organized and ability to influence others around the world. International travel is required.
Preferred qualifications include post graduate specialty study in the Swine/Poultry sector, MBA, excellent knowledge of US poultry integrators and animal feed industry.
