We have looking for a full-time Medical Director to join a thriving team. This is a full-service small animal practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition to wellness and preventative care, the well-equipped facility offers diagnostics including radiology and ultrasound, in-house laboratory, pharmacy, urgent care, basic, soft tissue, and orthopedic surgeries, and more.

The Medical Director is dedicated to practicing quality medicine while creating a collaborative and positive environment for the team and for clients. The Medical Director provides medical leadership for the hospital, manages associate veterinarians, and assures regulatory compliance related to the practice of veterinary medicine. This practice prides themselves on their work environment with zero tolerance for gossip and drama. The staff works amazingly well together, and they enjoy each other’s company while at work. Veterinary medicine is stressful, and the team takes their jobs seriously but try to have fun every day. A sense of humor and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
