Seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director to lead our thriving practice in Williamson County, Illinois.

This position offers a six-figure starting salary plus production, additional Medical Director compensation, $75k signing bonus package, clinical support, paid family leave, and more!

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and delivering top-tier medicine. You will work alongside three skilled Associate DVMs and an exceptional support team in a well-equipped and respected facility that values teamwork, collaboration, and medical excellence.

As Medical Director, you will serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, guiding the medical team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. You’ll be responsible for mentoring Associate DVMs, supporting their growth, and helping them succeed professionally. In partnership with the Practice Manager, you will contribute to hospital operations, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will help foster a positive, team-focused culture where both staff and clients feel supported and valued.
