We’re seeking an experienced Veterinarian Medical Director to join a welcoming, two-doctor practice in West Chester, Ohio. The team provides thoughtful, personalized medicine in a collaborative environment where veterinarians, technicians, and support staff work closely together and share their expertise.

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care for dogs and cats, including physical exams, wellness and preventive medicine, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions, vaccinations, routine soft tissue surgery, and dental procedures. You’ll also educate pet owners about treatment options, nutrition, and ongoing preventive care.

You’ll have clinical independence while working with a skilled support team and access to mentorship, professional development programs, peer collaboration, and medical leadership.
