We’re looking for a Medical Director to lead our team of awesome veterinary professionals near the beautiful shores of Lake Minnetonka. Whether you’re an experienced leader searching for a supportive clinic or an ambitious Associate Veterinarian ready to trade your stethoscope for one with a little more sparkle, this could be your next big adventure.

You’ll join a close-knit, nerdy, and compassionate team of four doctors (2.5 FTEs) and an amazing support staff. We offer Lunch-and-Learns, CE support, and a shared commitment to constant growth. About 80–90% of your time will be clinical—examining, diagnosing, treating, and yes, cuddling—while the other 10–20% focuses on guiding your team, mentoring through challenges, and setting high medical standards. Not ready to dive into leadership? We will set you up with a year-long leadership program and plenty of local support.

Your schedule? A true work-life balance dream: four days a week — three on the floor and one for admin or flex work. No weekends, no on-call. After work, swap your scrubs for a swimsuit and enjoy everything Lake Minnetonka has to offer.
