We are seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director in Corvallis, Oregon.

The Medical Director (MD) will be responsible for ensuring Clinic Revenue Targets are achieved and minimum Standards of Care are developed and complied with at the hospital level. This Medical Director also provides strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to associate veterinarians, ensuring safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care, as well as outstanding client service.

The MD will collaborate with the Practice Manager (PM) to develop the hospital’s annual operating plan. The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention, and advocating for the growth of MVP.

About the Hospital

We are a full-service, AAHA-accredited, small animal general practice and 24/7 emergency hospital. Our state-of-the-art hospital is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, echocardiography, endoscopy, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, a Snyder oxygen cage, blood products, a therapy laser, and a CO2 laser. We use Cornerstone for our electronic medical records and maintain a blood bank.
