This new and unique opportunity is open to an individual leader or dynamic duo and boasts an impressive six-figure salary plus production, significant relocation assistance, and a fantastic equity bonus package valued at $400k for each Veterinarian.

About the Position 

The Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital.  In addition, the Medical Director is responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment, leading the staff and practice, advancing medical care, and ensuring the growth and financial health of the hospital. 

About the Hospital 

This two-building hospital, located in the Tyler, Texas area treats approximately 90% small animals, and 10% horses, and cattle.  Mixed experience is not required, but caseload is available for interested mixed practitioners – including an opportunity to grow the large animal book of business.
