A well-established small animal hospital in the North Shore area of Boston is seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director & Co-Owner. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, community-focused practice with a loyal client base while building equity and shaping the hospital’s future.

In this role, you’ll serve as the lead veterinarian and medical authority, working a full clinical schedule while guiding medical standards, equipment, and protocols. You’ll oversee a small team of veterinarians and technicians, partnering with a practice manager and ownership group on operations.

• Base Salary is $160,000-$200,000 (this is a ProSal + Base position plus end-of-year bonus!)
