Marketing Manager – Upper Midwest

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement plans to promote company products throughout the Americas. The incumbent will manage, train and motivate the team, handle internal company communications, including the employee newsletter, handle tradeshow booth design and coordination of display materials for North American industry events. The incumbent will develop effective communications plans, create leadership materials, develop a marketing communications plan and develop and oversee the production and launch of marketing campaigns and materials with team collaboration.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field with emphasis in Agriculture preferred, minimum of 3 years of management experience with two or more direct reports and marketing experience in Agriculture, good management skills to foster team spirit and cooperation, computer competency with Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce.com. Ability to work in a multi-species environment in coordinating multiple work groups is necessary. This position requires up to 20% overnight travel including international travel.
