The Marketing Manager will identify, evaluate and manage new product and business opportunities and will develop and manage business and project plans in support of existing product lines and new product launches. In addition, the manager will prepare an annual marketing plan, coordinate assigned trade shows and conferences, manage the production of selling and promotional materials, own new product launch activities, prepare the marketing budge, participate in product development activities, own sales forecasting and maintain communications with sales representatives. The incumbent will prepare marketing materials, work with in house or with design/advertising agencies, liaise with opinion leaders and outside associates, monitor publications and ensure that training is given to sales management and customer service.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, experience in the animal health industry, strong negotiation skills, ability to work well under deadlines, analytical, communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years of relevant experience.
