Seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join a growing, high-performing team in Williamsburg, Virginia. This role focuses on emergency care, critical cases, and hospitalization, working 3–4 days per week from Friday through Monday, with some overnight shifts.

You’ll be treating a loyal client base that is largely receptive to high-quality medicine, giving you the opportunity to fully work up cases and make a meaningful impact. Compensation is highly competitive, with a $250K base and 20% production, commonly resulting in total earnings between $350K and $500K.

This is an excellent fit for a critical care–oriented veterinarian or internship-trained doctor who values teamwork, maintains a positive attitude, and wants to practice top-tier medicine alongside a supportive, driven team.

Our Emergency Animal Hospital offers the gold standard in emergency care for companion animals. We utilize state-of-the-art tools and offer CT, hemoperfusion, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, urgent/emergency care, surgery, diagnostics & imaging, and so much more! Additionally, we have a blood donor program where healthy dogs and cats can become blood donors!
