An opportunity is available for an Emergency Veterinarian in Bentonville, joining a brand-new ER clinic supported by an established, privately owned network.

The hospital operates 7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am and emphasizes a patient-first approach, with additional support from a neighboring general practice team.

This role is well-suited for a veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced, surgery-heavy caseload focused on urgent and critical care, and who can confidently manage multiple patients at once. As part of a newly launched clinic, you’ll have the chance to help shape workflows, culture, and clinical standards from the ground up.

The surrounding community is affluent and growing, with clients who value high-quality veterinary care. The ideal candidate is outgoing, collaborative, and adaptable — someone who embraces change and enjoys being part of a team-oriented environment.

An Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain one) is required. Salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience.
