Our client, a biotechnology company advancing the field of animal health is bringing life-changing therapies to pets and is hiring a Director of Sales.

We are searching for an energetic, positive sales leader with exceptional people skills. This sales leader will manage relationships with distributors and other cooperate veterinary groups as well as veterinary clinics. The incumbent will be responsible for providing sales strategies to target sales goals, introducing clients to the services offered. The incumbent will work with sales reps within the distribution companies’ network to train staff and will support the clinics with their needs. The incumbent will create strategy for the sales team and help execute.

Qualifications include incredible people skills, strong communication skills, both verbally and written, resourcefulness, ability to get things done regardless of obstacles, high integrity with a passion for service, remarkable organization skills, great at conflict resolution, positive attitude, sales leadership and people management experience, animal health experience, preferably with a start-up, ability to travel. We are looking for someone who wants to work at an early-stage startup with the opportunity to grow. We are looking for a self-starter with integrity, who is interested in being part of a hard-working but fun team of people.
