Director of Business Development – Midwest

Director of Business Development – Midwest – Iowa / Nebraska / Minnesota / Montana

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to join our client’s acquisition team and contribute to building new relationships and growth.  You will accomplish through directly contacting veterinary practice owners, attending trade shows and CE meetings, and maintaining industry relationships. Contribute to maintaining a culture of communication and collaboration to help practices continue to provide cutting edge and innovative service.

This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development and works closely with the Senior VP of Business Development and company founders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting financial information from practice owners, giving offer presentations, addressing any questions or concerns, and securing Letters of Intent.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product sales or capital equipment sales
  • Animal Health industry experience
  • BS/BA from 4-year accredited institution
  • 50-75% overnight travel
