The Director of the Business Unit Canada will lead the development and execution of the strategy and business plan for the business unit. The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for new and existing products and services. The incumbent will develop relationships and maintain a network of key customers. The incumbent will lead a team of high performing individuals.

Qualifications include a Bachelors degree, 5+ years of animal health marketing experience, 10+ years of sales management experience in the Animal Health Industry. International Country Manager experience is preferred. A proven track record of business management and key account management experience is required. Our successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategy and ability to delver marketing plans. Excellent communication skills and proficient in computer skills is required.
