We’re offering an opportunity for a DeNovo Partner Veterinarian / Lead Owner Veterinarian who wants full control over their medicine and a direct stake in the success of the clinic they lead in the Raleigh/Durham area.

This role is designed for veterinarians who are ready to step into ownership while maintaining the freedom and flexibility of practicing high-quality medicine on their own terms.

In this position, you’ll guide the clinical direction of your practice without quotas, restrictive formularies, or corporate interference. You’ll have the ability to shape your services based on your professional interests, whether that includes surgery, integrative medicine, exotics, or comprehensive general care. As an owner-partner, you’ll also play a key role in business decisions, supported by an experienced operational team that manages finance, HR, recruiting, IT, marketing, and vendor relationships.

Clinics are thoughtfully developed in high-growth markets and built with modern design, efficient workflow, and client experience in mind. The ownership structure provides clear, transparent earning potential, including participation in clinic production and the opportunity to build equity—up to 40% ownership—with profit distributions and long-term value creation.
