Customer/Tech Support/Veterinary Technician – California

Customer/Tech Support/Veterinary Technician: Our client offers veterinary website design and hosting services to veterinary healthcare providers and is currently seeking Customer/Tech Support Representative in the Davis, California area. They provide services to veterinary hospitals and help them maintain their presence in the online community.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, caring nature and strong computer skills, effective client relation and communication skills. It would be preferred if the candidate has experience in veterinary field such as experience working as a veterinary technician. Working hours include Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

The incumbent will answer phone calls and respond to voicemails and emails, assist with billing issues, technical support for websites, emails, assisting with domain and email transferring/mapping, troubleshooting, updating website content, keep detailed notes on members accounts and monitoring daily internal flags and reports.

The successful candidate should be a multi-tasker problem solver while working independently and have a team spirit and come up with ideas to resolve problems. The successful candidate will have excellent technical/customer skills and resolve issues by delivering solutions in a clear and precise manner. The successful individual will be able to discuss computer and email programs in a comfortable manner with attention to details.

Compensation package includes salary (based on experience). Other benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, PTO, seven paid holidays, etc.
