Canine Veterinarian

We have an opportunity for a canine veterinarian for a short term assignment in Kabul, Afghanistan. This would be a quick deployment with training starting in May and in country by June for about 30 days to cover an employee’s leave period. Lodging and meals are provided on a secure compound and with a strong security presence. The Veterinarian is a member of a field veterinarian and veterinarian technician team responsible for the overall health of canines supporting the Department of State Explosive Detection Canine teams. In order to deploy quickly, we need someone with a current or recent clearance.

Salary would be as follows

2 X weeks of training at $4,423.08

Deployed biweekly gross $7,519.23
