Business Development Lead – Southern California
Business Development Lead, Southern California (desired location, Los Angeles) Our client is a new and unique business that empowers pet owners and veterinarians with regenerative medicine to help dogs live healthier, happier lives. As the Business Development Lead in Southern California you will report to the President & COO, Co-Founder of the company. Your home base will be in the Los Angeles area and you will utilize your established relationships to lead veterinary partnering efforts throughout Southern California.
The successful candidate will identify veterinary clinic and hospital leads with increased chance of successful conversion into regenerative medicine partners and will proactively interface with operations and customer care team to onboard veterinary clinics and hospitals. The incumbent will proactively interface with medical affairs to identify improved methods for successful conversion, onboarding and sell-through. The incumbent will work collaboratively with operations, customer care and medical affairs to identify a repeatable process for signing up, onboarding and selling services through veterinary clinic and hospital partners.
Qualifications: Experience selling to veterinary practices in the Los Angeles area, proactive, sleeve-rolling, get things done attitude. Our ideal candidate is fast-learning, a problem-solving and a self starter. We require excellent written and verbal communication skills and someone who Is personable and can get along with anyone who has a high emotional intelligence. Travel will be required throughout Southern California and could include San Diego. There could be additional travel outside the Southern CA area but would be limited.
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
