Business Development & Account Manager – Dallas / Fort Worth

The Business Development & Account Manager will acquire veterinary hospital, veterinarian and technician users for the service through Business Development activities from local sponsored events to one-on-one meetings, working with the BD and marketing teams. The BD &AM Professional will become familiar with the service offering and help answer user inquiries.

Qualifications include experience working in the Veterinary space in the Dallas / Forth Worth, TX area with a network of veterinary contacts in Dallas / Fort Worth. Strong knowledge of veterinarians and hospitals in Houston, strong business relationship skills, ability to utilize CRM tool to track user acquisition progress, strong communication skills, organized, ability to juggle multiple tasks, previous customer support, client satisfaction experience, ability to work with different teams and remote team members, and ability to understand business needs.
