Seeking a Board-Certified Veterinarian Criticalist in Nassau County, New York.
The ideal candidate will be self-directed, innovative, and motivated, and ready to teach and mentor veterinary students who are studying Veterinary Emergency Medicine/ Critical Care.
Primary responsibilities will include clinical and didactic teaching in Emergency Medicine. Successful candidates are expected to promote our overall mission of enhancing veterinary medical education through a commitment to teaching, academic excellence, and service to a variety of stakeholders.
Active engagement in curriculum development, identification or creation of innovative learning resources, and committee service participation (such as admissions, curriculum, research, etc.) is expected.
The successful candidate must have a DVM or equivalent degree and expertise in Emergency Medicine. Specialty board certification/eligibility by the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia or equivalent is essential.
Salary:
$125,000-$165,000
