Associate Veterinarian – Springfield, Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join a team of passionate, focused doctors. Our client is an AAHA-accredited, 24-hour Emergency, Specialty, and Wellness practice in Springfield, Massachusetts. The practice has been in the community for five decades from a general practice to an emergency room with specialty services. The team is dedicated to their community, and believes they are here to help each pet owner provide the highest level of care that fits within their means. The hospital has many attributes, including a readily available caseload supported by national initiatives (Care Club, First Free Exam, and Shelter Partnerships).

The hospital is open 6 days a week. This position allows you to combine your passion for medicine and compassion for pets with a commitment to professional growth. We are seeking doctors who have the following hard and soft skillsets:

• Surgical and dental capabilities
• ‘Can do’ positive attitude, embracing ‘Come in Now’ philosophy
• Teaching and mentoring mindset
• Flexibility in seeing well and sick patients, including same day appointments
• Ability to work a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Bilingual talent is helpful
