Associate Veterinarian (Mobile practice) – Salem Metropolitan Area, OR

We have an opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a mobile veterinary practice in the Salem Metropolitan Area in Oregon. This mixed animal practice sees dogs, cats, and horses and handles house calls/farm calls primarily. The mobile practice offers services in acupuncture, integrative internal medicine, traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, herbal medicine, chiropractic’s, and more.

The ideal candidate is an independent and accountable self-starter with a non-hierarchical idea of medicine. Only local travel to houses/farms is required. Mentorship in naturopathic/Chinese medicine is offered, and clients are extremely committed and an absolute joy to work with. Qualifications:

• DVM license
• Veterinary acupuncture certification (ideally Chi Institute or IVAS)
• Bonus if animal chiropractic certified or other holistic modalities

Compensation/Benefits: base salary + commission, along with medical insurance, license fees, membership dues, and CE allowance.
