We offer mentorship and support (new grads are welcome to apply!), but as this is a busy emergency hospital, being knowledgeable and having the ability to multitask is a must! Our staff is skilled, supportive of one another, and able to work independently.

If you enjoy the challenge and reward of practicing veterinary medicine and can manage complex cases, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are open 24/7, but because we highly encourage a work/life balance, we are asking for 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week. You will then get 4 days all to yourself! We schedule holiday shifts a year in advance as the doctors rotate between all holidays. Therefore, you can make plans for special events in your life.

We are referred to by many in the community so this is a great place to continually learn! Because of that, we require a minimum of 18 hours of paid-for Continuing Education each year that you will be compensated for. We are highly supportive of continuous education!

Our Emergency Animal Hospital provides ER care for pets in our modern and spacious facility. We provide the highest quality of veterinary services to pets and we do so with kind hearts. We truly love animals and show them the utmost care when they’re with us. Whether we are treating a trauma case or managing a routine visit, we offer a wide range of services such as emergency surgery, oxygen supplementation, gastrotomy/enterotomy, blood transfusions, resection/anastomosis, endoscopy, intensive care, outpatient treatment, and more!
