Join a growing, family-owned GP and urgent care practice in Torrance where doctors have the freedom to practice high-quality medicine without corporate pressure. This well-established private practice has loyal clients, strong referrals, and a growing caseload that includes wellness, urgent care, walk-ins, and a wide range of surgeries.

The team works alongside board-certified specialists in areas including internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, and critical care. Senior veterinarians collaborate closely on cases, and the practice maintains a strong commitment to practicing medicine according to the highest standards of care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of clinical experience, is comfortable with appointment flow and client communication, and enjoys surgery and more challenging cases.

The schedule offers flexibility with 3- or 4-day workweeks, including one weekend day per week. Saturday and Sunday hours are 8 a.m.–6 p.m., with Monday hours of 8 a.m.–7 p.m.

Compensation includes a $160,000–$200,000 base salary, depending on experience and case mix, plus production. Doctors generating $100K+ in revenue receive 21% production on the full amount (20% if less than $100k). An additional retention bonus of up to $20,000 is available, with scheduled payouts after years one and two.

This is a true private practice with veterinarians on site, family ownership, no corporate sales pressure, and a collaborative environment focused on doing what is best for patients.

Our hospital has 8 exam rooms, two surgery suites, a large doctors’ office, separate dog and cat wards, and is outfitted with all the latest equipment, including:

• Digital full-body radiography and digital dental radiography

• Full suite of dental equipment
