Seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a small animal clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is a hands-on role in a friendly, hard-working environment where you’ll provide both medical and surgical care while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

You’ll perform physical exams, diagnostics, and treatments, handle routine surgical procedures, maintain accurate medical and controlled substance records, and follow established protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality care. The role also requires confident decision-making in urgent situations and strong communication with clients to deliver compassionate service.

This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, including new graduates who will benefit from mentorship and training.

The ideal candidate is clinically strong, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within a supportive, community-focused clinic. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
