Seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a newly built, veterinarian-led hospital in Orange County. This is a full-time opportunity designed for doctors who want to practice high-quality, gold-standard medicine in a modern, well-supported environment.

The hospital operates seven days a week, with a schedule that includes two weekends per month while prioritizing balance and avoiding burnout. With two technicians assigned per doctor, you’ll have the support needed to focus on patient care and deliver efficient, thorough treatment in emergency cases.

This Fear Free–focused practice was built by veterinarians and continues to be led with a strong clinical mindset, giving you the autonomy and resources to provide exceptional care. Compensation ranges from $130K to $175K, with flexibility for the right candidate.

This is an ideal role for an emergency veterinarian who values a collaborative, supportive culture and wants to grow with a new hospital committed to doing things the right way.

About the Hospital

In addition to wellness & preventative care, we offer nutrition counseling, anxiety & behavior counseling/medicine, chronic disease management, dermatology, euthanasia & end-of-life care, urgent care, dental health, imaging & radiology, in-house reverence labs, spay & neuter, general surgery, and more!
